Hais txog lub tsheb pib ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv yuav ua lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb thaum lub tsheb pib thiab hloov lub zog, thiab lub sijhawm no, peb yuav tsum xyuam xim rau qhov sib txawv ntawm qhov sib txawv ntawm thawj ncej thiab lub thib ob ncej ntawm lub gearbox, lub cav yuav tsum yog. Tom qab lub zog ntawm lub cav raug txiav tawm ntawm thawj ncej, lub tshuab synchronizer tuaj yeem khaws qhov ceev ntawm thawj ncej synchronous nrog lub thib ob ncej. Tom qab lub iav tau koom nrog, thawj ncej yog ua ke nrog lub cav fais fab los ntawm kev pib ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv kom lub zog txuas ntxiv mus. kis tau.
Thaum nws los txog rau ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv ntawm lub tsheb oob khab, kuj muaj ib tug indispensable buffer ntaus ntawv, uas yog ua los ntawm ob discs zoo li flywheels. Nws tseem yuav tsum tau muab sau tseg tias muaj cov grooves ntawm cov discs. Springs tau teem rau hauv cov qhov, thiab thaum muaj kev cuam tshuam loj heev, cov springs ntawm ob lub discs sib cuam tshuam elastically rau buffer sab nraud stimuli. Zoo tiv thaiv lub cav thiab clutch.
Ntawm cov khoom ntawm ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv ntawm lub tsheb pib, lub zog ntawm lub siab phaj caij nplooj ntoos hlav, kev sib txhuam coefficient ntawm kev sib txhuam phaj, txoj kab uas hla ntawm ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv ntawm lub starter, txoj hauj lwm ntawm kev sib txhuam phaj thiab cov tus naj npawb ntawm cov khoom siv ib-txoj kev yog qhov tseem ceeb ntawm kev txiav txim siab kev ua haujlwm ntawm ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv. Lub zog ntawm lub caij nplooj ntoos hlav ntau dua, qhov sib txhuam coefficient ntau dua ntawm cov phaj sib txhuam, qhov loj ntawm txoj kab uas hla ntawm ib-txoj kev ntaus ntawv, thiab qhov ua tau zoo ntawm cov khoom siv ib-txoj kev.
